Need a quick pick me up to get through a tough day? Looking for a moment of re-grounding or pause to start your week? Enroll in a personal guided breath work, sound healing, and mindfulness session with CiC. For up to 60 mins you will meet with a CiC mentor to walk through breathing exercises, visualizations, and affirmations that are made relevant to your current needs.
